Freshly made in the UK with quality ingredients and artisan bakery expertise, our low-carb sourdough bloomer has less than half the sugar and fewer than half the carbs per slice compared with standard sourdough (41% of the carbs of white bread*) – and is boosted with plant protein.

Baked and finished to perfection, it’s made from scratch and fermented for over 30 hours, using our signature sourdough and artisan expertise.
