They look, smell and taste just like a regular flaky and buttery croissant with plenty of lovely rich Belgian dark choc in the centre. They are HUGE, probably twice the size of a normal pan au choc, so you have to factor that in when comparing the nutritionals but I really love that I can enjoy one of these every now and then, feel like I’ve had a really “naughty” treat but still know I’ve got a decent amount of fibre and protein in! + not ruined my day with too many carbs! My only hope is that they one day produce smaller versions of these – a 4 pack of minis would be amazing to have in the freezer!
