These are so excellent for both pizzas and for open tarts (just had Gorgonzola and Palmer Ham set in a quiche mix – delicious). Good Keto is usually a fair replacement for the ‘real’ thing. This is an excellent product in its own right.

Was very skeptical as I’ve tried many ‘pizza’ keto products before and they were all mediocre at best. This one… let me get the obvious out of the way – it is not a pizza dough triangle.

But… it is outstanding. It’s like a buttery pastry with an actual crunch and flake and chew, unlike the typical stodgy or rubbery keto bakes. If it wasn’t as high calorie as it is per triangle, I’d be devouring them all in one go.

Blown away by these. We’ve used keto on and off over 15 years; and while I normally bake my own bread etc, I saw the new keto range mentioned online and thought I’d try the bundle.
These are buttery, laminated pastry that’s somewhere between a croissant and a pizza base. We’ve actually just used a couple in place of naan with a butter chicken, and they were excellent.
I’ll still keep baking my own stuff, but am definitely going to keep ordering from Robert Andrew if the rest of the products are of this standard.
    Well done folks, and thanks!
