You can get a 20% discount on every order when using our bakery subscription service. To get the discount, simply choose our ‘subscribe & save’ option when you select your items from our shop and pick the frequency you’d like them (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). There’s no long-term commitment and you can easily cancel your subscription if you wish.

It’s easy to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, click on ‘My subscription’ where you can cancel a subscription you no longer wish to receive. We recommend cancelling at least the day before your next order is due.

There’s also an option to ‘pause’ your subscription (if you’re going on holiday for example, or don’t need your order yet). You can choose the date you’d like it to restart.

Our bundles don’t have a subscribe & save option, as they are already discounted. However, you can use our subscription option to create your own bundle of favourite products – all with 20% off.

You can make changes to your next subscription order by logging into your account and clicking on your ‘subscription’. There you’ll be able to remove products from your regular order and add new ones.

Yes, you can ‘pause’ and restart your order whenever you like. This can be handy if you’re going away or don’t need your delivery just yet. Log into your account and click ‘pause’ on your subscription, then choose the date you’d like it to restart. Please pause your subscription at least 24 hours before your next order is due to be processed.

You can use the ‘renew now’ button in your account to initiate an order. A great option if you’ve run out and don’t want to wait for your next order date!
