Following the popularity of our wholegrain bloomer, we’ve now developed a white version too. Designed to satisfy those white bread cravings, it has just 40% of the carbs(!), along with that delicious sourdough taste and texture.

It’s sliced and ready to eat fresh from the pack – on its own, with a tasty topping, or toasted to perfection.

Our newly created white low-carb sourdough rolls are perfect for low-carb lunches and fill you up, but with a fraction of the carbs – and 85% less sugar compared to standard white bread rolls!

They are great for low-carb lunches, breakfast on-the-go, and as your BBQ bun go-to.

Introducing the low-carb sourdough croissant! Featuring our signature sourdough, our croissants are a guilt-free indulgence, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and as a low-carb coffee-break treat.

These have 90% less sugar compared to a standard croissant and are beautiful fresh from the pack or slightly warmed.

To top things off, we’ve launched two tasty toppings, which pair beautifully with our low-carb bakery products.
