We’re creating something new in the bakery world. Our specially developed low-carb bread uses traditional sourdough techniques – with a low-carb twist.

Made for people who love bread, but want to lower their carbs, our low-carb sourdough has less than half the carbs – boosted by more protein, high fibre and less sugar. Whether it’s for a lower carb lifestyle or a diet change for health reasons, we’re here to deliver top quality, low-carb bread – which tastes, looks and smells amazing. All created in-house by our skilled sourdough bakers.

Signature low-carb bread

There’s an art to making low-carb bread and we carefully craft our products to blend the benefits of sourdough with the needs of a low-carb lifestyle.

All our low-carb bread uses our signature sourdough. We make this from scratch (no ready-made starters here!) – and it’s fermented for over 30 hours to create the natural yeast in all our loaves. Each product is developed, baked and finished to perfection, using our artisan expertise.

We’ve developed low-carb sourdough so you can enjoy tasty bread, with less of the carbs. It can also be a helpful option if you’re managing your blood sugar levels, or searching for a Keto-friendly sourdough treat.

Our sourdough heritage

Our bakery brand was inspired by Robert and Andrew, who’ve been crafting and supplying traditional sourdough for two decades.

Creating our low-carb sourdough has been a team effort – combining artisan bakery skills, low-carb expertise and pride in our ingredients.

Based in the UK, our specialist bakery delivers low-carb bread products to customers across the country.
