Freshly made in the UK with quality ingredients and artisan bakery expertise, our low-carb sourdough bloomer has less than half the sugar and carbs per slice than standard sourdough (41% of the carbs of white bread*) – and is boosted with plant protein.

Baked and finished to perfection, it’s made from scratch and fermented for over 30 hours, using our signature sourdough and artisan expertise.

    Really good! I prefer the wholegrain vs the white. Toasts very well, and also makes great sandwiches. Good texture and taste
